How do we implement a Continuous Employee Feedback™ program across our company?

Do you require a Contract?

Checkwell does not require you to commit to the use of our services for any period, however, some clients prefer the use of an agreement with specific pricing models. Further details can be determined during the implementation process, as we are flexible to the needs and requirements of individual organizations.


Does your implementation policy include training for our managers?

Absolutely! Access and training on the Checkwell client system will be provided to client contacts by our implementation team. We can tailor training programs to best fit with your company culture.


How will we be invoiced?

Checkwell prefers electronic billing through email. Alternately, we can send you an invoice through fax or post. If you prefer, we also accept payment using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Checkwell offers our clients several methods to send in requests. File submissions can be made via phone, email, fax, or online form. Checkwell suggests clients use our user-friendly online system to ensure security, accuracy, and prompt file setup.
